Project Gutenberg was the dream of the late Michael Hart, the creator of the eBook. Project Gutenberg is an internet site where the public can access 42,000 books in 60 languages for free. The eBooks can be read on line or downloaded.
Michael wanted to make literature available to all people, especially children. One of his last quotes is: “Learning is its own reward. Nothing I can say is better than that.”
